The morning sessions are called Continuous Learning sessions. Commitment is for two consecutive days to allow some development of a theme. The Continuous Learning ( CL ) workshops are for you to be able to spend up to 3 hours over 2 days working with some of the world’s most accomplished Alexander Teachers.

There will be 3 sets of workshops that you can sign up for:  Monday-Tuesday, Wednesday-Thursday, and Friday-Saturday.  The CL workshops will be from 9:00 to 10:30 and mostly take place in the University classrooms.

The workshops will be limited to 25 students, on a first-come, first-served basis. So it is advisable to sign up early for the teachers that you wish to work with.  However there is no need to fear of lack of space as in addition to the 20 Continuous Learning teachers, at the same time we will be presenting lectures in the Congress Hall on the Alexander Technique and music, taught by 5 of the Technique’s foremost authorities on working with musicians.  There is no limit to the number of people who can attend these lectures.  Many of these same experts will be giving afternoon workshops as well.
